When we initially called Nationwide, we were being dropped by a processor because we had too many chargebacks.  Nationwide arranged for us to get a processing account and then taught us the tricks for reducing our chargeback percentage.  Today we have 2 separate accounts with Nationwide and our processing is uninterrupted.
